⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from Thermo Group!
I had a wonderful experience with Thermo Group when I needed electrical issues fixed at my home.
From the very beginning, the service was excellent. Nikita, the office administrator who assisted me with booking the job, was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. She made the booking process smooth and effortless.
Warwick, the technician who attended to the electrical issues, was equally impressive. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and I truly appreciated the service he provided.
It's refreshing to deal with a company that values its customers and delivers such great service from the office right through to the technical team.
A big thank you to Nikita, Warwick and the entire Thermo Group team! I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and professional assistance.
Keep up the excellent work! 👏

I would like to compliment Warwick and the Thermoelectrics team for their excellent service! ⭐👏
Warwick came out over the weekend to attend to my lights that were not working, and I was truly impressed with how helpful, efficient and professional he and his team were. It is not often that you come across a team that is so willing to assist, even over weekends.
Thank you, Warwick, and the team, for going the extra mile and ensuring that the problem was attended to. Your dedication and excellent service are truly appreciated!
I would definitely recommend Thermoelectrics Compliance, Solar, Electrical & Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable and professional service. 💡⚡

Thermo Group delivered exceptional service from start to finish. From my first contact with Nikita who listened to me & responded urgently, to the electricians Alfred and Phato who arrived promptly, quickly found the problem and returned over the weekend to make repairs at short notice and even waited without complaint for 2 hours for the municipal contractor, to Warwick who was available around the clock and went above and beyond to check in with me and to get the City to restore my power after it simply closed my case after 6 hours. The team’s professionalism, clear communication and follow-through, genuine care and support are rare. I highly recommend Thema Group.

Alfred and Yusuf were absolutely amazing checking and redoing our electrics. Alfred made the effort to keep us in the loop at all times and went above and beyond to resolve issues. The team were considerate of us working from home but still very quick and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

On 24 September 2026 Russel and his team (Ebrahim, Michael and Alfred) visited us and went through the various areas of their expertise. We found them to be very pleasant and knowledgeable in their respective fields. It was a real pleasure having them carry out the COC.
