Do I need an Electrical COC to sell a property in Walmer Estate?
Yes. An Electrical Certificate of Compliance is required whenever a property in South Africa changes ownership, and in Cape Town a Plumbing (Water) COC is also required on transfer. Will an old home need a Beetle Certificate?
A Beetle Certificate is often required by the buyer, the bank or the sale agreement for older homes with timber roofs and floors. We can issue it with your other certificates.
