Do I need an Electrical COC to sell a property in Lakeside?
Yes. An Electrical Certificate of Compliance is required whenever a property in South Africa changes ownership, and in Cape Town a Plumbing (Water) COC is also required on transfer. Gas, Electric Fence and Beetle certificates are needed where those apply. We can issue all of them for your Lakeside property in one booking.
Does the sea air in Lakeside affect a COC inspection?
