Why Bothasig Properties Need A Current Certificate
Bothasig is a large, triangular suburb in the northern part of Cape Town, hemmed in by the N7 on one side and Plattekloof Road on another. It grew out of the old Bosmansdam farm and was laid out from the 1960s, which means a big share of the housing stock is now well over fifty years old.
