Do I need a COC to sell my house in Plattekloof?
Yes. An Electrical Certificate of Compliance is a legal requirement for every property sale in South Africa, and Plumbing, Gas and Electric Fence COCs are also required where those installations are present. We can issue all four for your Plattekloof property transfer.
