Do I need a COC to sell my property in Fresnaye?

A COC has no fixed expiry but should be renewed whenever significant electrical work is done, or roughly every two years for a rental property. Most Fresnaye inspections are completed and the certificate issued within a few working days, sooner if no remedial work is needed.
What happens if my property in Fresnaye doesn’t pass the compliance inspection?
