From my first contact with Nikita who listened to me & responded urgently, to the electricians Alfred and Phato who arrived promptly, quickly found the problem and returned over the weekend to make repairs at short notice and even waited without complaint for 2 hours for the municipal contractor, to Warwick who was available around the clock and went above and beyond to check in with me and to get the City to restore my power after it simply closed my case after 6 hours.
